1. Agreement to Terms

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Panzersnail Automation Private Limited, doing business as AutoPresent ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your use of the AutoPresent application and related services.

By installing, accessing, or using AutoPresent, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Panzersnail Automation Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the AutoPresent Software for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription plan.

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Share your account credentials with others (account sharing is prohibited).
  • Use automated means to abuse or overload our API/services.
  • Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software remains the exclusive property of Panzersnail Automation Private Limited. However, you retain full ownership of any presentations or content you create using AutoPresent.

5. AI Disclaimer

AutoPresent uses artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated slides before presenting them.

6. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

6.1 Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Use of the Paddle service is subject to Paddle's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

6.2 Refund Policy (Fair Use)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have used the service for testing purposes only. "Testing purposes" is defined as generating a total of less than 2 presentations and less than 5 slides.

If your usage exceeds these limits, you acknowledge that you have substantially consumed the digital service and AI resources, and are therefore not eligible for a refund. To request a refund under this policy, contact support@autopresent.ing.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the current billing cycle. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANZERSNAIL AUTOMATION PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Haryana, India.
