End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and Panzersnail Automation Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us"), regarding your installation and use of the AutoPresent PowerPoint Add-in ("Software").

By installing or using the Software within Microsoft PowerPoint, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install the Software.

1.1 Relationship with Microsoft

Important: This Agreement is concluded between you and Panzersnail Automation Private Limited only, and not with Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft is not responsible for the Software or its content. Panzersnail Automation Private Limited is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Software. You acknowledge that Microsoft has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and primarily for use within Microsoft PowerPoint.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
  • Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the Software.
  • Use the Software for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all intellectual property rights therein, is the exclusive property of Panzersnail Automation Private Limited. Your use of the Software does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or service marks.

5. Data and Internet Connectivity

The Software requires an active internet connection to function (e.g., to generate slides via AI). You acknowledge that the Software transmits data (such as your presentation prompts and slide content) to our cloud servers for processing. This data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PANZERSNAIL AUTOMATION Private Limited BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
